Undergraduate Student Researcher
B.S. Student, Mechanical Engineering

I am a third-year undergraduate student at the University of Colorado Boulder pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Leadership Studies and Quantum Engineering.  I have always been fascinated by the role human experiences and perspectives play in the engineering design process.  My interests center on human-centered design and understanding how engineers can create solutions that are not only innovative, but also accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for the people they impact.

Through my involvement in the Presidents Leadership Class (PLC) and Business and Engineering Women in Technology (BEWiT), I have developed a strong passion for leadership, collaboration, and supporting more inclusive spaces within engineering and technology.  These experiences have strengthened my interest in the intersection of empathy, communication, and engineering.  I hope to continue exploring how human-centered approaches can improve both engineering design and engineering education.

In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball and volleyball, reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
